## 1. Purpose of This Disclosure

This Fee Disclosure document provides a complete, transparent, and plain-language explanation of all fees assessed in connection with transactions on the Volqan framework platform and the Bazarix Marketplace ("Platform"). This disclosure is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, including standards established by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ("CFPB") regarding clear and conspicuous fee disclosure.

ReadyPixels is committed to full fee transparency. **No fees will be assessed that were not disclosed to you before you confirmed your payment.** All fees are displayed as itemized line items on the payment confirmation screen before any charge is initiated.

## 2. The Platform Service Fee — Complete Formula

### 2.1 Standard Formula

A **Platform Service Fee** is applied to every transaction processed through the Platform. The fee is calculated as follows:

> **Platform Service Fee = $0.50 (flat fee) + 10% of the Base Transaction Amount**

Where:
- **$0.50 flat fee** is a fixed charge applied to every transaction regardless of amount;
- **10% of the Base Transaction Amount** is a variable percentage assessed on the pre-fee purchase price.

### 2.2 PayPal Surcharge

When the buyer selects PayPal as their payment method, an additional surcharge of **$0.50** is applied:

> **Platform Service Fee (PayPal) = $0.50 (flat fee) + 10% of the Base Transaction Amount + $0.50 (PayPal surcharge)**

This surcharge reflects the higher transaction processing costs imposed by PayPal relative to card-based payment methods. The PayPal surcharge is disclosed at checkout before payment confirmation.

## 4. Fee Naming Conventions by Context

The Platform Service Fee is applied across multiple transaction types. While the underlying formula is identical across all transaction types, the fee may appear under context-specific names to accurately reflect the nature of the transaction:

Regardless of the label displayed, all fees follow the formula set forth in Section 2 of this disclosure. The Platform will always display the specific label applicable to your transaction.

## 5. Justification for the Platform Service Fee

The Platform Service Fee covers the following operational costs:

- **Secure global payment infrastructure:** Payment gateway processing, SSL/TLS certificate costs, PCI-DSS compliance infrastructure, and fraud detection services;
- **International disbursement logistics:** Costs associated with routing payments to sellers via Stripe Connect across international jurisdictions, currency conversion overhead, and payout batching;
- **Currency conversion operations:** Exchange rate risk management and conversion costs where applicable to cross-border transactions;
- **Platform maintenance:** Server infrastructure, database operations, API maintenance, security monitoring, and business continuity costs.

As required by the Terms of Service: "A Platform Service Fee is applied to all transactions to cover secure global payment infrastructure, international disbursement logistics, currency conversion operations, and platform maintenance."

ReadyPixels confirms that no fee component exceeds the actual operational costs associated with processing transactions through the Platform, consistent with CFPB guidance on fee reasonableness.

## 6. Pre-Payment Fee Display Requirement

### 6.1 Fee Display Before Confirmation

**All Platform Service Fees are calculated and displayed to the buyer as a separate, itemized line item before payment confirmation.** You will always see the complete breakdown of:

- The base transaction amount;
- The Platform Service Fee amount;
- The PayPal surcharge (if applicable);
- The total amount to be charged.

You will not be charged until you actively confirm the transaction by clicking the payment confirmation button. Displaying the fee and then clicking "Confirm Payment" or equivalent constitutes your informed consent to the fee.

### 6.2 Fee Display on Invoices and Receipts

Platform Service Fees appear as a separate line item on all Stripe-generated invoices and email receipts. Your receipt will show:

### 6.3 No Hidden Fees

ReadyPixels does not assess any fees beyond those disclosed in this document and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees, dormancy fees, inactivity fees, or undisclosed surcharges on any transaction.

## 7. Fees in the Marketplace Revenue Split

For Marketplace transactions, the fee structure interacts with the seller revenue split as follows:

**Buyer pays:**
- Listing Price (the amount set by the seller)
- Platform Service Fee ($0.50 + 10% of Listing Price)
- PayPal Surcharge (+ $0.50 if paying by PayPal)

**Of the Listing Price:**
- Seller receives: **70%** (disbursed via Stripe Connect)
- Platform receives: **30%** (Platform Commission)

**Platform also retains:** 100% of the Platform Service Fee collected from the buyer.

**Example — $50.00 listing, card payment:**

## 8. Subscription Fee Calculation — Support Plans

For Support Plan subscriptions, the Platform Service Fee is assessed on the subscription price at the time of each billing event (initial purchase and each renewal).

**Monthly Plan Pricing Note:** The Monthly Support Plan is priced at (Yearly Price ÷ 12) × 1.25. The Platform Service Fee is then applied to this monthly price as a separate fee. The 25% monthly uplift and the Platform Service Fee are distinct charges that serve different purposes.

## 9. Non-Refundability of Fees

Platform Service Fees are **non-refundable in all circumstances**, regardless of whether the underlying transaction is refunded. This applies to the flat fee component ($0.50), the percentage component (10%), and the PayPal surcharge ($0.50). See the Refund Policy for full details.

## 10. Fee Changes

ReadyPixels reserves the right to modify the Platform Service Fee formula with thirty (30) days' advance notice. Changes to fees will not apply to transactions already completed. Active subscribers will be notified of any fee changes applicable to their recurring payments before those changes take effect.
